Yes. Rotavirus
diarrhoea cannot be avoided even with improved hygiene and sanitation, because
Rotavirus is a tough virus.
It can live on objects for several days.
It is very
hard to prevent Rotavirus with just hand washing and cleaning with a
disinfectant.
